A free campsite in northern Nevada that's pure "Gold"

Gold Butte is one of the newest national monuments in the U.S. and well worth a visit, even though it's a bit off the beaten path. With nearly 300,000 acres of protected lands, you could spend a week or more exploring its riches. There were even some great campsites tucked into the stunning geography Here's the GPS to my favorite spot: 36.5222032, -114.1359024 Two not to miss spots include Whitney Pocket and the Falling Man petroglyph. I hope you enjoy this short video of my visit, including some drone shots of Whitney Pocket.
